Another new manager, hope this one stays awhile. Things have been pretty crazy around here. When I open my own place, I will only hire staff that isn’t so dramatic. The staff here is always causing a lot of drama. Business school doesn’t talk too much about dealing with staff, that would be a course in it self. Studying this group may take more than business school, maybe a psychology class could study everyone. Can’t wait to work with the new manager, it will be nice to have calm back in the spa.

“Rubdown” takes us behind the scenes of the spa business with stories inspired by real life situations. The series also focuses on the staff’s daily trials with one another and the eccentric group of clients that come in for an escape, from music industry celebrities to simple Tennessee rednecks. Behind a seemingly calm façade hides a chaos of hilarity done in grand southern style.
