PAM-E- LA (she doesn’t like to be called Pam or Pammy, it is “Pam-e-la.”  Get it right, or she will correct you) is an esthetician and a massage therapist.  She is also an overbearing “queen bee.”  She is also an authority on EVERYTHING.   She’s miffed that she was overlooked for the spa manager’s position.  Pam-e-la believes that her ”experience with winning pageants and training purebreds in shows” would help to get the spa in tip-top shape.  Aggressive and pushy, she is a master manipulator.  Pam-e-la is determined to get what she wants - and to get the clients that she wants.   The spa only puts up with her because she is actually very good at what she does.  In spite of her awful personality, Pam-e-la’s clients are loyal and they continue to re-book with her.    blog comments powered by Disqus
